Pan African Heritage World Museum in collaboration with Face2Face Africa, On Our Watch Global, African-American Association of Ghana, PANAFEST Foundation, Ghana Caribbean Association, Mosiah Marcus Garvey Foundation, Walter Rodney Foundation, and the African Diaspora Ancestral Commemoration Institute, USA will celebrate Kwame Nkrumah – the Black Star, a Pan Africanist for all time under the theme: “Africa is born in us; it is our Heritage” on March 6, 2023 at Coltrane Jazz Club, Adenta, (opposite Post Office), Accra from 4pm-6pm.
The first African Prime Minister and President of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah, was a prominent Pan-African organizer whose radical vision and bold leadership helped to lead Ghana to independence in 1957. Nkrumah served, and continues to serve, as an inspiration to many other Black leaders, up till today.
The celebration, in the form of a public forum, is to celebrate Kwame Nkrumah and invite African people globally to observe Black History Month and Ghana’s Independence Day.
The event will afford speakers and participants an opportunity to share messages and ideas on the personality of Kwame Nkrumah in a changing world.
